This challenging, advanced class is for those interested in the competitive new AKC dog sport RALLY. RALLY uses the exercises learned in traditional obedience class in a new, fun way. Less intense than traditional obedience competition,  RALLY is a sport in which the dog and handler complete a course that is laid out in stations. Each station has a sign describing the activity.  Owners are encouraged to talk to and praise their dogs while performing in the ring. In Rally you may even be PENALIZED if you and your dog are not having fun and working as a team!

 This class will help the dog and handler learn the techniques to successfully perform RALLY exercises, from the Novice through the Excellent level.

  Vaccination records are required and must be presented the first night of class, and please DO BRING YOUR DOG to the first night.  You will also need a 6 foot leather leash  and an appropriately sized slip collar.

Children over the age of 12 are invited to train (with head trainer permission) as long as a parent or guardian is registered for the class AND REMAINS IN ATTENDANCE THROUGHOUT THE CLASS PERIOD.
